1.Notes and cautions
(1) The device is in accordance with the stipulation of "Technical condition of valve electric devices(ZBJ16002--87).The hand wheel is in the same direction as the output axis, clockwise for OFF and anti--clockwise for ON.
(2) For those valves not being used for a long period of time, periodical operations should be done.We recommend once a month.
(3) Never open the cover of electric box outdoor in rainy and cloudy day. The sealing parts in motors and other equipment should be remounted tightly when reinstalling.
(4) Fluid 00# compound calcium-based gear grease orHL---20 gear oil can be optionally chosen as the lubricant for the electric devices. The lubrication condition should be checked once every year. The lubricant could be used futher if no abnormal situations are found.
(5) The valves and their electric devices should be stored in dry and ventilated room without any corrosive gases.
(6) General faults and trouble-shooting methods for electric devices.
Faults or malfunctionsCausation Trouble-shooting methods Torque, stroke switches not functioning or loose 1. phase-sequence wrong connection
2. circuit wrong connection
3. contactors not releasing1. change the phase sequence.
2. correct the write connection
3. clean or replace contactorsMotors abnormal or with continuous loud noise Only two phase running Inspect the power circuit and connect the third phase Motor stopped before valves reaching to right position 1. stroke controllers not properly adjusted
2. torque controllers acting too early1. readjust the stroke switch controllers
2. repair the valves if they are broken adjust the torque controllers in case their output torque is too small
Recommended installation position of the valve for the actuating media containing granules and suspended solid
