The series QT and AW pneumatic device of partial rotary valve is a pneumatic executive mechanism of 90° rotary angle of output axis. Equipped with magnetic valve, positioners and other control elements may fulfill the control of two position actions, i.e. on and off. Integrated or singular control may be realized according to the requirements on actions. The matching pneumatic devices are the series products made by Chuzhou Rubber and Plastic Valves Factory (Anhui) and Wenzhou Huaershi Pneumatic Valves Co., Ltd.
The products are divided into two categories:
Basic type: valves with limit switches only on both ends;
Complete type: valves equipped with control switches with complete sets of magnetic valves and equipped with air supply processing elements.
The types of matching accessories should be stated when ordering.
The pneumatic device has the following main specifications:
1. Working pressure: 0.4-0.7MPa
2. Angle of output axis: 90°± 2°
3. Ambient working temperature: -20℃-60℃
4. Air supply should be clean, dry, and contain no corrosive gases, solvents or other liquids.
5. Type of terminal stroke switches: LX10-111， Power supply: AC380V, DC220V, 5A
6. Power supply for magnetic valve: AC220V or DC24V
7. Pipe joints: ZG1/4”, ZG3/8”
8. Φ8/Φ6 or Φ10/Φ8 copper pipes shall be used for connection (quick connection is required. Bigger passage diameter could be selected in case of limiting the connection time.)
