1.Long-term storage:should check the valve regularly for long-term storage.keep outside surface and flow chanel clean,remove any soll and impurity in time.and then coat antirust grease over the valve.Should keep the valve in half-open state.and tighten up both flange faces with special rubber pads,then store the valve in a dry indoor place with good ventilation.
2.Before installation: and storage.Clean outside surface and flow channel.then check and screw up the nut on limit switch(the position of limit screw has been adjusted well before delivery)
3.Installion: install the valve on the pipeline directly according to the flow direction marked on the valve.Generally.the valve can be assembled on any positions of the pipeline.When the valve isused for fluides containing granules and suspended matters,the installion type shall be horizontal pipeline installation(diagram 1)or vertical pipelineinstallation(diagram 2).When adopting the type of diagram 1.the axial line of the valve should be parallel to the flow direction of fluid entering the valve body from the valve seat.The valve shall be opened when turning it in clockwise direction,be sure to keep the valve core on the upper part of the valve body;When adopting the type of diagram 2.the location of the valve seat is showed as the diagram..
 
4.Use:Semispherical valve is normally used as full-open and full-closure valve,and also can be used as adjusting and throttle valve.But it should have a good hard look at the flow direction of medium,so as to avoid the cover being eroded or worn away.(Slurry valve and pulverized coal valve is strictly prohibited to be used for adjusting.)
5.Operation:Turn the handle in clockwise direction to close,and in counter clockwise direction to open.When the valve core is turned 90degreeds,the valve is in complete open or close state.Only the handle on the valve can be used for open or close,and withthe help of lever or other tools is strictly prohibited in order to avoid the damage of parts and affecting the normal operation of the valve.
6.On-site adjustment:Improper close and improper operating torque can happen after long-term use.Should this condition happens,loose the nut on limit switch on one side of the handle of turbo-reduction gears,then turn the handle to close the valve tightly.After tightening up the limit screw,turn back for a half circle and tightenthe nut .If the fillers are worm away after long-term use.only tighten the clamp nut on the packing gland until the fillers do not leak again(be sure not to make the packing gland slant).If fillers need to the changed,should close the valve.
7.Use:Should keep the valve clean,regularly check the lubricating conditions of transmission mechanism,and eliminate any hidden fault dangers in time.
